繼螞蟻金服支付寶小程序宣布向個人開發者開放公測之后，3月1日，由螞蟻金服主辦，創頭條聯合主辦，沈陽中關村信息谷創新中心，智谷匯協辦的螞蟻金服科技創新講堂在沈陽舉行。活動以“支付寶自運營之戰”為主題，由螞蟻金服支付寶小程序官方團隊的專家們和支付寶小程序創新大賽的優秀選手，與現場眾多小程序開發者沈陽小程序開發

支付寶小程序開發者生態總監賈詡在致辭中表示，支付寶小程序是螞蟻金服近三年最重要的戰略之一，支付寶小程序離“錢”“服務”“信任”最近，聚焦商業與生活服務，幫助廣大創業者和商戶連接螞蟻金服以及阿里巴巴的大生態，是不容錯過的新流量紅利。

螞蟻金服科技創新運營專家朱琰，螞蟻金服開放平臺產品專家皮維，螞蟻金服科技前端技術專家藍訣，分別從生態紅利，自運營方法，產品創新，技術等維度，介紹了支付寶小程序的定位，功能，場景，運營模式與價值等內容。

據介紹，目前螞蟻金服及阿里巴巴擁有9億多全球用戶群體，其中精準商家達到千萬級規模，覆蓋的商業場景達到150多個。

據了解，月賽冠軍可獲得3萬元的現金和數十萬的螞蟻金服資源扶持。

作為2018年底—— 2019年第一季度最受關注的創新賽事，支付寶小程序創新大賽伴隨著螞蟻金服平臺開放的步伐，吸引了全國數十萬開發者的關注。截止目前，大賽吸引了近2000家企業和個人開發者的報名。

除了冠軍高達30萬現金大獎頗具吸引力之外，大賽參與者可以獲得螞蟻金服多種資源扶持，包括入口、流量、技術等多種先期紅利。更有機會獲得螞蟻金服專設的STS計劃——3年共10億基金扶持，該基金專用于投資優秀的小程序項目。
