宣布推出“啄木鳥舉報平臺”小程序，據(jù)介紹，“啄木鳥舉報平臺”將能夠為用戶提供字節(jié)跳動系產(chǎn)品內(nèi)發(fā)生的疑似違法違規(guī)行為和信息舉報服務(wù)，除此之外，未來還會為用戶提供作弊手法解析、安全教育等多種服務(wù)，成為保障用戶合法權(quán)益的安全服務(wù)平臺。

目前該小程序已經(jīng)在今日頭條平臺正式上線，支持字節(jié)跳動旗下今日頭條、西瓜視頻、抖音以及火山APP用戶提交舉報信息。如果用戶在使用字節(jié)跳動系產(chǎn)品時發(fā)現(xiàn)了違法違規(guī)行為或信息，可以在今日頭條上打開“啄木鳥舉報平臺”小程序，進(jìn)入“啄木鳥舉報平臺”首頁，點擊“我要舉報”按鈕進(jìn)行舉報。

“啄木鳥舉報平臺”支持被舉報的行為或信息類別非常豐富，目前已經(jīng)覆蓋的類別有色情淫穢、網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙、非法販賣、網(wǎng)絡(luò)賭博、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳銷、暴恐涉政等有害內(nèi)容信息、賬號以及行為。

選擇舉報類別之后，針對對應(yīng)的違法違規(guī)信息或行為類別，輸入“舉報人基本信息”和“舉報信息”。其中，“舉報人基本信息”是非必填項目，字節(jié)跳動官方表示，考慮到一些情形需要和當(dāng)?shù)毓策M(jìn)行聯(lián)合打擊，所以希望用戶在提交舉報信息時也可以提供一些信息。同時，字節(jié)跳動也表示，用戶可以不用擔(dān)心有風(fēng)險，所有用戶信息都會被嚴(yán)格保密。
